I-49 Int'l. Coalition Lends Full Support to MO Amendment 7

On August 5, Missouri voters will determine the fate of Amendment 7 which is projected to raise about $5 Billion for transportation improvements throughout Missouri over a ten-year period. The I-49 International Coalition endorses the passage of Amendment 7.

Governor Appoints Keith Gibson to Highway Commission

Fort Smith native Keith Gibson has been appointed as an Arkansas Highway Commissioner by Gov. Asa Hutchinson. He is the first person from western Arkansas to serve on the commission in decades.



Northwest Arkansas to receive $25 million BUILD grant for I-49 Bella Vista bypass

Northwest Arkansas will receive a $25 million federal grant to build a 4.81-mile segment of Interstate 49 in Missouri and to complete the 18.9-mile Arkansas/Missouri connector, or the Bella Vista bypass.
